Patrick J. Schlehuber, CFA, CPA

With over 20 years of industrial property experience, Patrick founded PSI Realty Partners with a passion and unique expertise for creating value in the industrial property space.

Prior to PSI, Patrick served as Chief Investment Officer at Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (NYSE: REXR), where he led the company’s property investment strategy across its exclusive Southern California’s industrial real estate market. Over 16+ years, he led more than 400 acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $12.5 billion in transaction volume, adding over 50 million square feet to Rexford’s portfolio.  Patrick was a member of the Investment Committee as well as the Executive Leadership Team helping not only grow the property scale but helping to develop and lead the team tasked with executing on each property's unique business plan.

Prior to his time at Rexford, Patrick was an Investment Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking and financial consulting at RA Capital and Arthur Andersen.

Patrick lives in the South Bay with his wife and three sons.  Beyond PSI, Patrick is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame and guest lecturer for college and graduate level classes several times a year with UCLA and Notre Dame. He continues to contribute to the industry through board roles with NAIOP SoCal, NAIOP San Diego, City of Hope's LA Real Estate Board, and F.L.A.G. (Foundation for Learning, Athletics and Growth).

He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois-Inactive), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
